We culture our whole fat, raw milk in Kefir. This gives our cheese a depth of flavor far beyond similar products. Unlike traditional Kefir cheeses, this is a hard cheese. That is something almost unheard of in cheese making.

To make it possible, we spent years crafting and perfecting a cheese that has both the unique flavor profile of Kefir, and the consistency of a classic cheddar.

More Than Business

This is a lifelong passion project for us. We spent years researching commercial cheese making throughout the Midwest and greater U.S, learning the tricks of the trade and making up a few of our own.

Our goal is to provide high quality, artisanal, farmstead cheese produced on a small family farm. In the era of huge dairy corporations, our aim is to provide a more sustainable, environmentally friendly, and animal-friendly option to the public.

Small Herd, Big Passion

Our milk comes from our small herd of Holstein cows raised on our own pastures. It all starts with them. They are raised with the love only small farms can foster.

During our cheese-making process, our milk is cultured using a unique homegrown culture and crafted with traditional and natural techniques, giving our cheese a flavor wholly its own. Add a little dollop of love, and it hits the spot every time.
