     All of our cheese products that bear the UMK symbol on the label are certified Kosher Cholov Yisroel by United Mehadrin Kosher (UMK). For any questions or clarifications, please contact us or the UMK for more information.

     Note: Some stores buy our cheese in bulk and cut and package it in store. In those cases, the cheese is not kosher certified, and does not bear a kosher symbol.
