Shipping perishable goods is a race against time. During the summer months, and when shipping to warm climates, we include ice packs and thermal protection to prevent our cheese from melting on the journey.

Our standard shipping is two days. To ensure maximum protection, we do not ship over weekends. This helps prevent packages from sitting in a warehouse for a day. Thus, we only ship from Monday-Wednesday. Orders that come in after Wednesday afternoon will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Updates will be sent out as you order is shipped and delivered. Please put the cheese in refrigeration as soon as possible. That will help prevent melting.

Returns

Cheese is perishable, and so cannot be returned. Thus, as a rule we cannot offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the state the package arrives in though, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to help you out.
